

The Intranet for clients of iDISC is our clients' access point to the automated products and services which we provide.
In addition, it allows our clients to get in contact with us at any time from any location, with the assurance that their request has been noted and all the wheels are set in motion to respond to the request, whether it means including an incident report in the list of jobs to do, or notifying the appropriate technician via his beeper, even after hours or on the weekend, if the client has a 24-hour service contract.
It also makes it possible for our clients to access administrative information as well as carry out specific business.
