iDISC is awarded the EN-15038 certificate of quality

iDISC has received the EN-15038 certificate awarded to companies providing translation services, having successfully passed the audit carried out by TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection, Certification & Testing S.A. This internationally acclaimed organization assessed factors such as linguistic quality, staff qualifications, client communication procedures, and technical resources of the company.

Pere Grivé, Director-General of iDISC Information Technologies, said that EN-15038 is, without doubt, the most important certification awarded within the translation industry, and that this is a sign of recognition for the strict quality processes which are carried out day after day at iDISC.

“This reaffirms one of our principle philosophies: to offer a service which provides maximum quality within an agreed deadline. We have a team of more than 100 professionals at our disposal, who, apart from being native speakers of the target languages we work with, also have profiles which fit the project in hand. This is a fundamental factor which allows us to guarantee the quality and reliability of the work we produce”.

In order to keep their EN-15038 classification, all certified companies must undergo regular audits which guarantee that certain quality levels are maintained in procedures and resources.
